hola, como estas? bonjour, ça va? okay, i've gone crazy. actually, i've always been crazy. anyways, i've decided that i hate november. it's a menacingly horrible month. first of all, it gets cold and snowy so i can't exactly bike or jog without freezing to death. oy, it's just bad. then my antidepressants are bugging me and i have a new medication for bipolar and it's also a sleep aid. however, it doesn't affect me until the next day in the morning. so all day i want to sleep and i'm wide awake at night, no matter what time i take the pills. why is life so unfair. sigh. might write later. bye for now.
